  2. Zucchini cut lengthwise, cut into a thickness of about one and a half centimeters, throw in bulk in a baking tray…
  3. The zucchini in half lengthwise, cut into, throw down in the pan…
  4. If you have thin eggplants, then we cut them the same way, throw them in a baking tray. In the first photo, with eggplants, I got a little excited, took two large potbellies, but in fact only one went into the cut and I cut it into four parts, this was quite enough…
  5. Cut the carrot in half thinner, about 5-7 millimeters and also throw it into the baking tray…
  6. Cut the onion in half, then cut each half from the center of the flat side at an angle into three or four slices and throw it into the baking tray…
  7. Pepper cut, clean from seeds and cut into large pieces, throw in a baking tray…
  8. We put tomatoes on top and are already starting to get a kick out of what we got!!! Tomatoes will be baked whole, so you need to take small, maximum cocktail…

  10. Everything is carefully and thoroughly mixed, sent to the oven, preheated in convection mode to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. If You do not have this mode – it does not matter, put it in normal mode, you can add “gas” to 200 degrees and keep an eye on the readiness of vegetables…
  11. While the oven is puffing and trying to cook vegetables, we finely chop the garlic, grate the cheese on a fine grater, and in the remaining time we can have a beer of tea (some with a battering RAM, some with a cupcake), put the naughty child in a corner, or otherwise spend a pleasant time…
  12. After about half an hour, we get our vegetables, which have reached the desired condition and look like this…
  13. Be sure to pour garlic (the more – the tastier and more fragrant) and sprinkle with cheese on top, send it back to the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts…
  14. Done! We take it out and can’t get enough of our skillful hands!!! Spread cheese on top…
