Baked Vegetables Recipe
To diversify the food, I bought different vegetables and decided to stuff them with rice, and then bake the whole family in one form in the oven. The result was excellent.

  1. Boil the rice in bags as indicated on the package.
  2. While the rice is cooking, let’s cook our vegetables. Cut off the tops, cover with a lid and transfer to another dish. And carefully cut out the middle, preferably with a skewer.
  3. Cook in a cup with boiled rice.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and onion, fry. Add to them the finely chopped vegetables that we scraped out of the middle. Also fry.
  5. Add vegetables to rice, add your favorite spices. I don’t write what exactly, because even the same name of a spice mixture from different companies has a different composition. I usually read what’s written there, or just sniff it. Mix and stuff the cooked vegetables. Grease the baking sheet with oil, carefully lay out our vegetables and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. 20 min. I’m a little overexposed, and you keep an eye on it.
  6. We take our friendly, cheerful and sincere family out of the oven and serve it to the table, garnished with vegetables and herbs.
  7. For those who are not very worried about excess weight, you can decorate the top of vegetables with mayonnaise roses and sprinkle with chopped dill greens.
