Instructions
Puree bananas and mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Add 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice to the milk and set aside.
Whisk softened butter with white and brown sugar. Add the eggs one by one and beat until fluffy at maximum speed.
Add the banana puree to the butter mixture
Mix flour, baking soda, salt. Add the dry mixture to the butter and pour in the finished buttermilk. To interfere.
Cover the mold with baking paper and pour the dough into the mold.
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. It is best to check in advance (40-50 minutes in advance) so as not to over-dry.
During baking, prepare a cream glaze. Whisk cream cheese with softened butter (60 g). Add powdered sugar, zest and lemon juice – 1.5 tsp.
Apply cream on top of the cooled cake and smooth it out. Decorate to your taste.
