Cut the beef meat into thin small plates. It is better to pre-freeze a piece of meat, so it will be easier to cut it. Add soy sauce to the meat and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic, ginger and onion for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the marinated beef, oyster sauce to the pan and fry until the meat is ready, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped celery stalks to the beef, fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the peas to the meat. Mix the water, starch and ketchup and pour into a frying pan, mix everything and warm up for another 2 minutes.
