  1. Mix the oil with lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the beets into small cubes or strips.
  3. Peel the orange from the peel, seeds and cut into pieces.
  4. Put the arugula, beetroot and orange on a plate and mix gently. Put the cheese on a plate in small pieces.
  5. Add the chopped walnut kernels, sesame seeds and pour the dressing liberally. Let stand lightly for 10 minutes and serve.
