Instructions
  1. Sourdough: Mix all the ingredients and heat to a warm state, stirring with a whisk until the sugar dissolves. Cover with a towel and put in a quiet place from drafts for 15 minutes. You should get a protective cap made of foam.
  2. Add the egg and sour cream to the sourdough. Melted butter at room temperature and vegetable oil. Mix it. Add flour and knead the dough, kneading for 5 minutes. Cover with a towel and put it back in a quiet place, but for about 45 minutes.
  3. During this time, the dough will increase 2-2. 5 times. Knead the dough and divide it into 9 equal parts.
  4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the greens (this time, unfortunately, I didn’t have any greens from the word at all) and mix with cheese. Roll out each part and put the cheese and herbs on top.
  5. Assemble the edges of the tortilla alternately to the center, pinch.
  6. Turn it over and gently roll it out with a rolling pin into a flat cake.
  7. Place the tortillas on a dry, preheated frying pan and fry on both sides until browned (6-7 minutes).
  8. Place the finished tortillas in a stack, greasing each with butter.
  9. Bon appetit.
