Instructions
  1. Grind the chocolate and melt it with butter in a water bath.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar.
  4. Add beaten eggs, cocoa flour and baking powder to the cooled chocolate mass. Mix well to get a homogeneous dough without streaks. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina (if necessary). Lay out the chocolate dough, smooth it out.
  5. Peel the banana, cut into pieces and chop with a blender.
  6. Mix the banana with cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar. If the cottage cheese is watery, you can add a spoonful of semolina. Put the banana layer on top of the chocolate.
  7. With circular movements of the fork, mix the layers slightly to get beautiful streaks.
  8. Bake the brownies in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes. Or in a slow cooker on the “Baking” mode for about an hour (you may have to add 5-10 minutes). Enjoy your meal!
