  4. In a saucepan on preheated sesame oil, quickly fry the onion and garlic until a characteristic aroma appears.
  5. Add mango and red pepper. Fry, stirring, for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the onion sauce.
  7. Add the chopped coriander and onion greens, mix and let it brew to mix the flavors. * So, I made a simplified mango chutney. As a rule, during the cooking process, in addition to onions, garlic, herbs and spices, vinegar and sugar are added to the chutney – fortunately, the sauce already contains these ingredients, and also has a wonderful pronounced onion taste and just the right consistency. In addition, since this “chutney” does not stew for a long time according to all the rules, it retains all the useful properties of the ingredients included in it and their bright taste and color.
  8. From the prepared minced meat, form neat flat cutlets, suitable in size for buns, and fry them in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until ready.
  9. Put the finished cutlets on paper towels to get rid of excess fat.
  10. Cut the hamburger buns in half, smear the bottom half with onion sauce, put mango chutney, put lettuce leaves on top.
  11. Put the cutlet on the lettuce leaves, chutney from chops on top of it again, grease the other half of the buns with sauce and cover with a hamburger.Bright, appetizing, fast and delicious burgers in Asian style are ready!
