Cabbage is poured with cold salt water and put under pressure for 2-3 hours. Of course, you can just slice it, add salt and knead it with your hands, do as you like.
Cut the meat into strips, I took pork, but any meat will do and fry in a well-heated frying pan.
Add the onion.
Fry until tender, salt and pepper.
Add red pepper, I had only red at the moment, but if you add green, yellow or orange, the salad will look even more beautiful, fry the pepper for 2-3 minutes.
Slice the cabbage.
Add cucumber and garlic cut into strips to it.
You can add green onions instead of onions, then do not add onions to the meat, also add your favorite spices.
Add fried meat with pepper and onion to the cabbage.
Chop the dill and season with sunflower oil, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, mix, the salad is ready.
