Melt the chocolate and 100 g of butter over low heat.
Beat the eggs into a foam with 0.5 cups of sugar. Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and whisk. Add baking powder and flour, whisk. The dough turns out thick.
Put the dough into the mold and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 gr.
Pour 50 ml of water into the ladle and add 2 packs of sugar. Cook the caramel on low heat for 7 minutes. Add 50 grams of butter and brandy. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add walnuts, chopped not very large and not small. Medium-sized pieces. Stir constantly, pour in the cream and cook for another 3 minutes.
Spread the caramel on the cake. When the caramel is completely cooled, cut our brownies into portions and enjoy an extremely delicious chocolate cake.
