  1. Made from semi-finished products, it turned out two molds. Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry the garlic in preheated oil, then the onion. Cut the carrots into slices (I had a very large one, so I cut them into cubes) 0.2-0.3 cm thick. Fry until soft.
  2. Spread out, sprinkling the molds with almonds.
  3. Beat the eggs with cream, add salt and spices. Pour this mixture over the vegetables.
  4. Place the molds in a preheated 200 gr. oven. bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the gratin with grated parmesan and almonds and return to the oven until the cheese is completely melted.
