In my family, this casserole takes the first place in cooking for dinner. This is a very tender and delicious dish. It is easy to prepare, and gratitude collects for a long time. Therefore, I recommend cooking it and pleasing your family.
I must say that I got two forms, such as in the photo.
Gut the mackerel, rinse and cut into pieces. Put it in a bowl and marinate in 2 tablespoons of lightly salted soy sauce.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
Peel and boil the potatoes, cut into slices and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant form, greased with oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, eggs, mustard, 1 tablespoon of lightly salted soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
Put broccoli and fish in a form with potatoes. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
It is delicious both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!!!
