Cauliflower and Red Fish Casserole Recipe
A simple and very tasty dish. You can use any fish at your discretion – trout, salmon, salmon or pink salmon.

  1. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil in salted water until almost ready (about 5 minutes)
  2. Put cabbage, fish, cut into identical pieces in a baking dish. Add salt to the cream (about 0.5 tsp allspice) and mix. Pour the cabbage with fish cream.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese. (Cheese can be pre-mixed with chopped dill.) Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees (focus on your oven, cooking time may vary).
  4. When serving, sprinkle with green onions and sprinkle with lemon juice if desired.
