Chebureks with Cheese, Honey and Pineapples Recipe
Thin, crispy bubbly dough – this is how a pasty should be. Unexpected serving with pineapples and honey is crazy, but… I can still taste them. Crispy dough, spicy-salty filling, tender pineapple and sweet honey. Do not forbid yourself and be sure to cook.

Instructions
  1. Sift the flour. Bring the water to a boil. In water, completely dissolve the salt. Add water and butter to the flour. First, knead with a spatula, and when the dough cools down a little, knead with your hands.
  2. Send the well-kneaded dough into a rest bag for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a grater and mix the whole filling well.
  3. Lubricate the table, hands and rolling pin with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough into a sausage and divide into 12-14 parts. Roll out the workpiece thinly (for accuracy, you can use a saucer). Cover the workpiece with plastic wrap so that it does not dry out a little. Put the cheese on half, cover with the other half and pinch, forming a beautiful edge.
  4. Preheat a frying pan and fry the chebureks in a small amount of vegetable oil. Before serving, cut the pineapple into slices (if canned – in rings – drain the syrup). If the honey is thick, melt it in the microwave. When serving, lay out the pasties, alternating with pineapples. Pour honey over everything generously. Do not forget to serve honey separately, as you will want more)
