Preheat the milk, dissolve yeast, sugar and vanilla sugar in it.
Add 150-250 g of flour and let rise. This is our brew.
Meanwhile, get busy with the filling – mix cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg.
Until a homogeneous mass is obtained. There was enough filling end-to-end, so you can take more cottage cheese.
Add the melted butter, eggs (2 pieces) and flour to the dough that has come up so that the dough can be stirred with a spoon. When this dough is ready, then sprinkle with flour to knead the dough is not sticky, but soft.
Form the cakes and leave them to fit a little.

Fill with stuffing and smear the edges with egg yolk (my eggs are homemade and therefore yellow).
Bake at 180 degrees. before browning. I turned on the upper fire (grill or something else) so that the top was browned. Enjoy your meal! I invite you to tea and coffee!
