  1. Preheat the milk, dissolve yeast, sugar and vanilla sugar in it.
  2. Add 150-250 g of flour and let rise. This is our brew.
  3. Meanwhile, get busy with the filling – mix cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg.
  4. Until a homogeneous mass is obtained. There was enough filling end-to-end, so you can take more cottage cheese.
  5. Add the melted butter, eggs (2 pieces) and flour to the dough that has come up so that the dough can be stirred with a spoon. When this dough is ready, then sprinkle with flour to knead the dough is not sticky, but soft.
  6. Form the cakes and leave them to fit a little.
  7. A glass to make a donation.
  8. Fill with stuffing and smear the edges with egg yolk (my eggs are homemade and therefore yellow).
  9. Bake at 180 degrees. before browning. I turned on the upper fire (grill or something else) so that the top was browned. Enjoy your meal! I invite you to tea and coffee!
