  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Mash the blue cheese with 50 g of butter.
  2. Add the hazelnuts and mix well.
  3. There is a little oil left to lubricate the terrine. Mix the rest with cheese.
  4. Add cherries.
  5. Put a layer of bread on the bottom of the mold, without a crust. If the mold is not silicone, cover with foil.
  6. Brush the bread with 2 spoons of jam.
  7. Spread with a mixture of blue cheese, smooth. Put a layer of bread on top, spread with the remaining jam.
  8. Lay out the cheese-cherry mixture.
  9. Then bread again. Brush the top of the bread with butter. Bake the terrine in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Then cool a little, cover and refrigerate.
  10. Serve the terrine cold. A glass of champagne is welcome. Enjoy your meal!
