  1. For the dough, boil water with oil and a pinch of salt. Pour flour into boiling water and stir until smooth. Cool it down. Beat the egg, stirring constantly. The dough should become viscous.
  2. Place the pineapples on a towel. Let the juice drain. Pineapples should dry out a little.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. The dough is spread in a pastry syringe or bag. And with circular movements we squeeze out the base for cakes on paper. Put a piece of pineapple on top, lightly press the dough under the pineapple, it should protrude from under the pineapple.
  4. From the same pastry syringe, continue to squeeze the dough along the edge of the pineapple with undulating movements. We connect the base and the sides (this is very important, they must be connected like a basket).. And squeeze some dough into the middle.
  5. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
