Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the fillets in the oven so that the excess liquid is released from the meat. Drain the liquid.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add the finely chopped herbs.
Eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes cut into slices of the same thickness.
Sprinkle the chicken with a small amount of cheese. Put the vegetables on the chicken fillet. At this stage, you can add garlic. Sometimes I add the seasoning “Italian herbs”.
