Ingredients

Chicken liver

Instructions
Rinse the liver, remove all excess, cut into 2-3 parts. Put it in a frying pan with preheated oil, fry it quickly so that it literally only “grabs”.
Transfer to a plate (the liver will bleed).
Fry the onion in the same oil (I cut it into a quarter of rings).
Add grated apple and spices to taste.
Fry for another minute.
Put sour cream and sliced prunes (I previously soaked in water), pour 1/2 cup of water.
Simmer everything together until it thickens (it’s fast).
Put the liver in the resulting sauce. Salt.
Simmer, stirring, for 5-6 minutes.
It goes well with buckwheat porridge or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
