  1. Rinse the liver, remove all excess, cut into 2-3 parts. Put it in a frying pan with preheated oil, fry it quickly so that it literally only “grabs”.
  2. Transfer to a plate (the liver will bleed).
  3. Fry the onion in the same oil (I cut it into a quarter of rings).
  4. Add grated apple and spices to taste.
  5. Fry for another minute.
  6. Put sour cream and sliced prunes (I previously soaked in water), pour 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Simmer everything together until it thickens (it’s fast).
  8. Put the liver in the resulting sauce. Salt.
  9. Simmer, stirring, for 5-6 minutes.
  10. It goes well with buckwheat porridge or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
