Tomato paste
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces, add salt and wine and marinate for 1 hour.
Chop the onion and ginger. Dilute the starch with water.
Fry the chicken in oil until almost ready. Remove from the pan.
Fry the onion and ginger in the oil.
Add tomato paste.
Return the chicken to the pan. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the pineapples, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
Add sugar and starch with water. Cook for a couple more minutes.
You can eat without garnish, you can garnish with rice.
