  1. These are the products we need. Chicken and chickpeas were not in the frame.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and pepper. Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, and the chicken into small pieces. I had ham. Heat the oil and fry the chicken over high heat for about 8 minutes. Then add the onion, pepper with black pepper to taste and add turmeric.
  4. Then add finely chopped garlic, pepper and chickpeas. My chickpeas were pre-boiled and frozen in portions, before cooking, I took it out and washed it with hot water. Fry for about 6 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and parsley. Add salt to taste. Fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. In another frying pan, fry the pumpkin, cut into small cubes.
  7. Combine the pumpkin with other vegetables and meat. Add finely chopped mint or a pinch of dry. Pour in about 100 ml of water and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with zatar, and it will become even more fragrant and delicious. Enjoy your meal!!!
