100gram Almond
200gram Ricotta cheese
3tablespoons Sour Cream (10%)
1glass Sugar
1pack Vanilla sugar
3tablespoons Cocoa powder
1teaspoon Baking powder
1pinch Salt
1teaspoon Lemon juice
2tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour

Instructions

Roll out the dough and cut out the hearts with a mold.
The “ears” of the heart are slightly pressed against the funnel spout and slightly pull aside with your fingers. Shape the eyes and spout into balls of dough for sprinkling or air rice, press them lightly into the dough.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The finished cookies should be stored in a closed container.
