Chocolate Brownies with Cherries and Cottage Cheese Recipe
The recipe is quite simple, but the brownie turns out the way it is served in restaurants – the delicate taste and stunning aroma of chocolate, cherry gives a pleasant sourness, making the dessert truly amazing.
The first step is to melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, after dividing everything into pieces.
We wait until our mass melts, and mix everything to a homogeneous consistency.
While our chocolate mass is heated in a water bath, we prepare a curd layer.
To do this, mix a briquette of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 eggs.
Beat the curd mixture until smooth.
In another bowl, mix 2 eggs, 100 g of sugar and a pinch of salt.
To the already cooled chocolate mass, add a mixture of eggs and sugar, mix.
Add flour and baking powder to our chocolate mixture.
Knead everything thoroughly (the dough should turn out to be quite liquid).
So, we have everything ready, the most interesting thing begins – we “connect” the brownies.
Grease the bottom and edges of the mold with a piece of butter, pour out a third of the chocolate dough, smooth it out.
Put half a layer of cheesecake on top, flatten in the mold.
Put a layer of cherries on the cheese.
Add the chocolate batter again (half of what’s left).
Pour the remaining curd mass on top and evenly distribute the cherries in the form.
Finally, the last layer.
If desired, pour the chocolate dough into a mold or decorate as your imagination tells you.
Our dessert is sent to the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
