Another one of my pretty successful experiment for the preparation of curd dessert. The result: the cake was very tender and tasty.   1. Let’s make the dough for the base. RUB the softened butter with sugar. Add flour. From the resulting dough, we will mold the base in a baking dish, pre-covering it with parchment. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. At this time let’s prepare the filling. Boil the chocolate semolina porridge. To do this, put the milk in a saucepan on high heat, add sugar and cocoa, bringing to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and pour a trickle of semolina, stirring min.3, so as not to form lumps. Remove from the stove and cover with a lid.
  3. Curd mix with eggs using a blender.
  4. Mix cottage cheese and semolina together. Remove from the refrigerator base and pour the filling on it. Put in a preheated 180*C oven for about 40 minutes.
  5. Our pudding pie is ready! After removing from the oven, leave the cake in a cool place for a while to seal the mass. You can then cut and serve. Bon appetit!
