Very often I hear that there are no puddings on sale. Today I decided to introduce you to the recipe for making pudding. It turned out very tasty, in my opinion, much better than in the store! The recipe is taken from a German magazine.

  1. Whisk 2 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add the coconut chips to the egg whites. Mix well.
  2. We take paper molds, spread 2-3 tablespoons of our mixture. And we distribute it so that it is in full shape. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 175 * C
  3. Prepare the pudding. Take the milk and mix it with the yolk, sugar and cocoa. Add starch. Put it on a slow fire. And, stirring constantly with a whisk, bring to a thickening. At the end, I added 50 grams of broken chocolate. And mix well. It was amazing.
  4. Allow the pudding to cool slightly, covering it with a film so that it touches its surface. After cooling, mix and use a pastry bag to spread our pudding into molds.
