  1. Clean the squid.
  2. Finely cut.
  3. Add grated boiled potatoes. Put the finely chopped onion and garlic.
  4. Put the egg, salt, pepper mixture, herbs (I have dry parsley). Add sour cream or mayonnaise, flour or starch.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour the oil into a hot pan. I use a frying pan for frying pancakes. Put a full spoonful of squid “dough” on a hot frying pan with oil, lightly sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  7. Turn it over, bring it on medium heat until ready for 3 minutes. You can cover it with a lid.
  8. Cutlets can be eaten both hot and cold.
