Chops with Mushrooms and Cheese on the Grill Recipe
The experimental version eventually pleased us. In general, the name of the dish is “Meat in French”, but we will not be so pretentious and decided to do what we always do in the oven. These are pork chops with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese mixture. What kind of experiment is this? We grilled it. As I said above, we were very pleased with the result.

  1. Beat off the pork and start frying the onion.
  2. When the onion is fried, add the mushrooms.
  3. Two minutes before cooking, season with salt and pepper.
  4. We put the chops and tomatoes on the grill. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. When the chops are ready, turn over all the meat with one hand, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Lay out the mushrooms and onions.
  7. Put the tomatoes on top.
  8. Sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheese, garlic, onion, dill and mayonnaise. Close the lid and simmer until tender.
  9. It’s done.
