I used strawberry
Instructions
Beat with a mixer: sugar, butter, egg for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour with baking powder, salt and coconut chips.
Add the cream and flour to the butter mixture in turn and in parts. Gently whisk everything with a whisk.
Next, distribute the dough into the molds (fill about 2/3 of the molds with the dough). Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated 170 degree oven.
The cupcakes are ready, take them out and let them cool.
As the cupcakes cool down, make a small incision in the middle and put the strawberry jam there.
If desired, you can add dyes to the cream and decorate cupcakes.
