  1. The oven can be immediately turned on to warm up to 180 ° C. Sift both types of flour, mix with sugar, salt and baking powder.

  4. The dough turns out to be soft, tender, a little crumbly, but it is quite convenient to work with it.
  5. Cover the baking dish with baking paper so that the finished cake can be more conveniently removed from the mold. The size of the form is 20*20 cm. Spread the dough evenly over the bottom of the mold. (with wet hands or a spoon)
  6. Apply a layer of jam on top. This time I was making cookies with cranberry jam. You can use any jam, jam, thick jam that you like best.
  7. Sprinkle a layer of jam with chopped walnuts. Pre-calcinate the nuts in a frying pan or in the oven.
