Delicious, tender, hearty and original zucchini with chicken, fried in a frying pan. At home we call them zucchini pasties. A great combination of zucchini, boiled chicken and fried onions. It’s impossible to break away!

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix the chicken with the onion.
  4. In a deep bowl, grate the zucchini on a fine grater. If the zucchini is young, then I do not remove the skin. Add egg, salt, yogurt and flour. Mix everything well. The dough is ready. Put about 3 tablespoons of zucchini dough on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and spread evenly over the surface of the pan. After a minute, put a spoonful of chicken and onion on one side of the pancake.
  5. Using a spatula, cover the filling on the other side of the pancake and press down. Fry the zucchini on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Very tasty with sour cream. Bon appetit to everyone!
