Instructions
Wash the cranberries, dry them and roll them in flour.
Remove the zest from 1 orange.
Beat eggs with sugar until white fluffy mass.
Add vanilla, milk, vegetable oil and all dry ingredients. Knead the dough well. Then add the zest and cranberries. Mix well again.
Grease the cake pan and pour the dough into it. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for an hour, until the skewer is dry.
While the cake is in the oven, you need to make the icing. Add powdered sugar to the orange juice and mix until smooth.
When the cake cools down a little, take it out of the mold and pour the icing over it.
