Remove the zest from one orange. Then we clean the oranges (we clean off the completely white part of the orange) and cut them into rings about 5 mm thick. Leave part of the orange and squeeze out 3 tbsp of orange juice.
Melt the butter and let it cool to 40 gr., then add the orange juice and zest to the oil.
Beat the eggs with sugar until the mass increases in volume, at the fastest speed of the mixer, it took me 5 minutes.
Mix the flour with spices and baking powder, mix.

Put the mixer on the lowest speed and add parts of the oil mixture first, and then flour ( I added 3 tbsp. l. oil mixture and 4 tbsp. l. flour mixture). Knead until the ingredients are combined. You do not need to knead for a long time. Turn off the mixer and add the chocolate.
The bottom of the baking dish is greased with butter and spread the orange circles. The diameter of the mold is 18 cm.
Preheat the oven to 175 gr. and put the form with the dough for about 30-45 minutes. Bake until dry with a toothpick. The baking time may vary depending on your oven!
Take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool down a little.
