All products must be at room temperature.
Butter at room temperature, RUB with sugar and vanilla sugar. I used a spoon to RUB it.
In the butter-sugar mass, beat three eggs at room temperature and stir with a mixer until smooth and smooth. It is stirred, do not shake.
With orange grate the zest on a small grater. Squeeze the juice from the orange itself. In the oil-egg mass, pour crushed almonds (not small pieces, do not turn into flour), zest, candied fruit and pour the juice. Mix everything well.
Then combine the flour with baking powder and sift into the egg-oil mass, which has already been added nuts and candied fruits. Stir well.
Put the dough in the form (I had a form of 20 x 9cm and three muffin molds, but the recipe said it was for a round shape with a diameter of 20 cm and a hole in the middle)
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until dry with a toothpick. Be guided by your oven.
Cool the cake, decorate if desired, or powdered sugar, or icing on lemon juice with powdered sugar.
