Instructions
Ingredients.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Blanch the shrimp.
Fry onion, garlic, broccoli in butter in a saucepan.
Finely chop the arugula and spinach.
Add to the pan.
Add the broth to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Make a puree, add cream, nutmeg and bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Rub the white bread with garlic, slice and make crispy crusts.
Serve with shrimp.
