  1. Turn on the oven to warm it up. Whisk sugar, salt, soft butter and vegetable oil. I successfully coped with this at the plant.
  2. Adding one at a time, beat the eggs into the butter mass.
  3. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and semolina (manolina), whisk until smooth.
  4. Mix flour and baking powder. Transfer the curd-butter mixture to a bowl with dry foods. Gently mix until smooth.
  5. Put 1 tablespoon of dough into molds, put a little caramel melted cheese in the middle.
  6. Cover with 1 tsp of dough. Put it in a preheated oven.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until they are browned. Cool. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
