On a cold winter evening, what could be better than a Cup of hot chocolate? I propose to prepare cupcakes and arrange them in the form of cups. Children will like them, and other guests will not be left indifferent.
Frozen berries are pre-thawed. Sprinkle with flour.
Lubricate the molds. I have special forms with a protrusion and ordinary ones.
Mix the flour with baking powder. Turn on the oven to warm up.
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
Continuing to whisk, pour the oil with sour cream and soda.
Add, sifting, flour mixture. Stir with a spatula until all the flour is moistened. You can mix it with a mixer at the smallest turns.
I put some dough aside and added some topping.
Add the berries to the rest of the dough and mix.
Both types of dough are laid out in molds, filling them with 2/3. It turned out 12 pieces.
Send in the oven, preheated to 190°C for 20-25 minutes, until a dry match.
I cut off the tops of cupcakes with notches for stability. In the recesses, I poured melted chocolate with milk in a water bath.
From pretzels we make handles for cups. Dip the edges in chocolate and attach to the cupcakes in the holes made previously with a toothpick. Ordinary cupcakes were decorated with a cap of whipped cream with powdered sugar. You can also cut off the tops of ordinary cupcakes and choose a little crumb carefully, so that there is where to pour the chocolate.
