Curd Medallions with Pudding and Streusel Recipe
I want to suggest making medallions from dough with pudding and sour cream. I love cottage cheese pastries. And in combination with vanilla pudding, this is a magical treat, there is no strength to break away. Pudding on a sand base, soft and crispy, streusel.

Instructions
  1. I’m making pudding. In a saucepan, mix the pudding, sugar and a small amount of milk. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour in the remaining milk, put on fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly so that the pudding does not burn. Remove from the heat, cover with cling film and cool (I cool in a bowl with cold water).
  2. For the streusel crumbs, mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Pour in the melted butter. Beat with a mixer, hook the nozzle.
  3. To make the dough, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat with a mixer, hook the nozzle. With your hands, assemble the dough into a ball. Place on a work surface sprinkled with flour. Knead the dough a little, leave it alone for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough with a roller, divide into six parts, roll into balls. Roll out each ball into a flat cake with a diameter of 12-13 cm . Form the sides.
  5. Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. The edges of the dough are slightly pinched. Pour the blanks with pudding about 3 tablespoons (I have a little left for pudding). Sprinkle streusel on top. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes. (watch your oven.) Cool the finished medallions on the grill.
  6. Sprinkle the cooled medallions with powdered sugar, decorate with mint.
