Curd Medallions with Pudding and Streusel Recipe
I want to offer to cook medallions of dough with pudding and strategem. I love cottage cheese pastries. And in combination with vanilla pudding, it’s a magical treat, no strength to break away. Sand based, soft pudding and crunchy, streusel.

Instructions
  1. Making pudding. In a saucepan, mix the pudding, sugar and a small amount of milk. Mix well to avoid lumps. Pour in the remaining milk, put on the fire to boil until thick, stirring constantly, so that the pudding is not burnt. Remove from heat, cover with cling film and cool (I cool in a bowl of cold water).
  2. For streusel crumbs in a bowl mix the flour, sugar. Pour in the melted butter. Beat with a mixer, nozzle hook.
  3. To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat with a mixer, nozzle hook. Hands to collect the dough into a ball. Put on a work surface, dusty with flour. A little knead the dough, leave alone for 10-15min.
  4. Roll the dough roller, divide into six parts, roll the balls. Each ball is rolled into a flat cake with a diameter of 12-13cm. Form the bumpers.
  5. Blanks put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. The edges of the dough a little pinched. To fill in the blanks pudding and about 3 tablespoons (I have a pudding left a little). Sprinkle with streusel on top. Bake in a preheated oven to 180C 25-30min. (watch your oven.) Ready medallions to cool on a wire rack.
  6. Cooled medallions sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with mint.
