Cutlets “Autumn” Recipe
Every autumn, pumpkin is an integral part of our menu. I want to offer you to try tender, juicy and very tasty cutlets with pumpkin and cottage cheese.

  1. In a deep bowl mix the minced meat with grated on a coarse grater pumpkin.
  2. Add cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
  3. Add finely chopped dill and turmeric. Stir.
  4. Forming cutlets, I took one tablespoon with a slide on the cutlet. Roll in flour.
  5. In a preheated frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry each cutlet for 2-3 minutes until Golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish, pour 3 tablespoons of water, cover with foil and send to a preheated oven to 200° for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
