I would like to present you very healthy, hearty, tender and delicious broccoli cutlets. This food is for those who follow their figure and prefer vegetable dishes. Broccoli is a mega healthy vegetable.
I have frozen broccoli, so according to the instructions, I put it in hot water without defrosting and boil it for 3 minutes.
I drain the water and let it cool.
Cut the onion into cubes and grind with a blender.

Put the cooled broccoli to the onion and once again punch everything with a blender until smooth.
Very nice green puree turned out.
Let’s prepare bread crumbs and walnuts.
Grate the nuts on a fine grater.
Let’s prepare a slice of processed cheese 1 pc and another 50 grams of melted cream.
Stir the broccoli thoroughly with the cheese. Add the nuts to the broccoli and stir until smooth.
Add the breadcrumbs to the mass in portions, kneading well each time. Let’s leave a little breadcrumbs for breading cutlets.
