  1. RUB the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt, mix and leave until the juice is released.
  2. After 30 minutes, squeeze the juice. We leave the squeezed zucchini juice.
  3. Prepare the minced meat. Cut the meat into cubes and grind it with a blender or meat grinder.
  4. Add chicken seasoning, pressed garlic clove and zucchini to the minced meat.
  5. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste and mix. Do not forget that the zucchini has already been salted.
  6. Divide the minced meat into 9 parts. It is better to do this with a wet spoon.
  7. Cut each plum (9 pieces) in half and remove the seeds.
  8. Combine the 2 halves of the plums.
  9. Each part of the minced meat is dipped in breadcrumbs and put the plum.
  10. Form koloboks and roll them in breadcrumbs. It turned out 9 pieces.
  11. In preheated vegetable oil, fry the koloboks until a small brown crust, but not until ready.
  12. Put the fried cutlets in a baking dish.
  13. Prepare the sauce. Mix the peeled pressed garlic (1 tooth) with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons). Give 15 minutes, garlic to infuse. Add soy sauce and zucchini juice and mix. I have soy sauce instead of salt. If there is no sauce, skip it. Remove the seeds from the plum (9 pieces) and grind with a blender until smooth. Add the plum mixture to the oil, salt, pepper and mix.
  14. Pour the sauce over the cutlets and decorate with zucchini slices. Cover the molds not tightly with foil or baking paper and put in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes.
  15. Then remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds fried in a dry pan. Decorate with grated cheese and send it to the oven. In 5-10 minutes you will have delicious cutlets with spicy sauce.
