Ingredients

Minced meat
beef+pork

Breadcrumbs

Green onions

Instructions
Finely chop the green onions.
In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt and pepper. Mix.
Form large cutlets. (2 and a half tablespoons). Place on a greased baking sheet. Squeeze out the bottom of the Cup recess.
These should be the results Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 20 minutes.
Take the pan with the cutlets out of the oven and carefully pour the egg yolk into each recess.
Put grated cheese on top of the yolk. Return the pan with the cutlets back to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish or simply with a salad.
