  1. In the bowl of a food processor, beat the egg, add brown (or plain white) sugar, starch and pour in natural yogurt. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mass into a saucepan and cook the cream over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. It will take 4-5 minutes, maybe a little more. It depends on the consistency and fat content of the yogurt. When the cream acquires the consistency of liquid sour cream, remove the pan from the heat and stir the cream for a couple of minutes. For this dessert, it is not necessary to cook the cream until it becomes very thick, since the cream will still thicken decently as it cools down. Cool the cream to room temperature. Stir occasionally – so the cream will cool down faster.
  4. Pre-calcined walnuts are crushed into a medium-sized crumb.
  5. Also chop the cookies. Cookies can be used any: unsweetened cracker, shortbread, sugar, oatmeal. This time I was making dessert with cookies.
  6. For making dessert. Put about a tablespoon of cream in a bowl (glass, cup). Spread the cookies evenly over the cream. Sprinkle the cookies with brandy. (this is optional!)
  7. Sprinkle the cookies with chopped nuts. Sprinkle the nuts with grated white chocolate.
  8. Again cream, cookies, cognac, nuts, chocolate. The last layer is cream. Everything is ready! Before serving, the dessert can be decorated with berries, chocolate or nuts. This cream is suitable not only for dessert in a glass, but also for layering and decorating cakes. They can also be filled with tubes or profiteroles.
