  1. Prepare the products. Boil four eggs, cool and peel. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut green onions into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion in butter. Let it cool down a little.
  3. Chop the eggs and mix together with the onion, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Knead the dough. Beat the eggs with yogurt until smooth, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the grated cheese and mix.
  6. Gradually add flour and knead the dough (flour may take a little more or a little less depending on the type of flour). The dough should not be tight, but it should stick to your hands a little.
  7. Divide the dough into equal parts (I got four balls), sprinkle with flour.
  8. Using your hands, form a tortilla and spread with two tablespoons of filling.
  9. Roll the cake with the filling into a roll. Don’t forget to pinch the edges.
  10. Roll the resulting roll in the form of a snail.
  11. And form the cake again.
  12. Fry the tortillas in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
