  1. For egg sauce: add to homemade mayonnaise – eggs, grated on a medium grater, herbs and hot pepper – finely chopped, mustard, crushed garlic, mix.
  2. The taste of the sauce is delicate, and at the same time the sharpness of mustard is felt. Very tasty.
  3. Yes, and two sauces as a bonus. For pineapple sauce: add chopped pineapple and bell pepper to the mayonnaise. Add lemon juice and pepper mixture, mix.
  4. The sauce turned out piquant, the taste of pineapple and pepper is audible, the combination is excellent.
  5. For vegetable sauce: add mayonnaise to a bowl. Scald tomatoes, peel and finely chop with a knife, squeeze out the liquid, add to mayonnaise. Add finely chopped pickled cucumber, squeezed from the juice, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, hot pepper, mix
  6. The sauce turned out to be vegetable, with a taste of tomato and cucumber, with a slight taste of garlic and hot pepper. Everything turned out very tasty together.
  7. Which sauce you choose, decide for yourself. I recommend all three. They are not difficult to cook, and all the products are always at hand. If you replace mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt, add more acid and mustard. Do everything according to your taste. Have a pleasant tasting.
