Instructions
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel.
And cut into halves.
Boil the pumpkin and mash it into a puree, for three eggs we will need only 1/4 cup. Put the yolks and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add grated cheese, crushed garlic.
And add mayonnaise.
Mix well until smooth.
Gently whisk the egg whites. Sprinkle with cumin and serve beautifully.
