  1. Here is a simple set of products. For the filling, you can take any part of the chicken. This time I have thighs. The chicken should be pre-boiled with the addition of bay leaf. Cool. Boil hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned.
  3. Add finely chopped chicken to the onion and fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the boiled rice to the same place and fry again on low heat for 1 minute, stirring all the time.
  5. And at the end, add boiled eggs, grated on a coarse grater, the broth in which the chicken was cooked, butter. Taste, season with salt and pepper and add seasoning. The broth can be poured and, most importantly, the filling should not be liquid, but also not dry.
  6. Mix everything well and warm it over low heat for 1-2 minutes. the filling becomes homogeneous and very, very tasty. You can add greens to the onion. It also turns out very tasty!
  7. The filling has cooled down, and you can stuff our pancakes or pies with it.
  8. Fry the finished pancakes on a mixture of vegetable and butter until golden brown… and you can serve it to the table!! We love sour cream! This filling is suitable for pies! Try it, you’ll like it!
