  2. Finely chop the onion and pumpkin. Pour the butter into the pan and add the cream. We warm up and spread our chopped vegetables. Fry until soft.
  3. Add the flour and fry for about 2 minutes.then remove from the heat and, stirring quickly, pour in the milk. Add the wine (if you don’t want to use it, just increase the amount of milk) and put it on the fire, stirring all the time, until boiling. Pour in the cream, stirring again, bring to a boil and remove. In the sauce we put our fish, divided into small pieces. Stir, pepper and salt.
  4. Lay out the molds (about 6 pcs.) or one large one. I assure you, the taste will not change. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
