Instructions
If necessary, pre-soak the cabbage in cold water. Drain the water from the cabbage from the brine. Do not pour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry onion feathers, put cabbage, add sugar and cumin, fry, stirring, 5-7 minutes.
Pour in 50 g of brine, put the dried apples, cover and simmer for 20 minutes on the lowest heat.
