  1. For this recipe, it is preferable to use thick yogurt. To get a thick yogurt, take about 2 times more than usual and fold it on cheesecloth to drain the excess liquid. It will take several hours, it is better to put it to infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Whisk the finished yogurt together with cream, vanilla and salt.
  3. Add condensed milk and whisk again.
  4. Pour into the container in which you will freeze, cover and put in the freezer overnight.
